Shipping
Standard Domestic Shipping on all orders over $150 within the US is complimentary. Orders have an expected shipping time of 3-5 business days.
Expedited Domestic Shipping has an expected shipping time of 2-3 business days.
All orders have a processing time of 1-2 business days and are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed on a holiday will be shipped within the following 3 business days.

Shipping and handling charges and return mail charges are non refundable. Ultrachic Château is not liable for shipping companies' delay or any misrouted packages. 

We do not ship overseas, however we hope to in the near future.

Customs/Duties/VAT/Sales Tax: For all customers, VAT or Sales Tax will be added on to applicable goods automatically during the checkout process. You will not receive any further charges relating to customs, duties and VAT. If you do receive a bill for charge, please contact info@ultrachicchateau.com so that we may rectify the issue.

Pre-Orders
Please be advised that if your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will not be shipped until the pre-order item is ready to be shipped as well. If you prefer not to wait, we recommend placing separate orders so that in-stock items are fulfilled as they typically would, under normal processing times.

Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have up to 7 calendar days once your item has been delivered to request a return. Returns must be postmarked within 3 business days of approval in order to meet eligibility requirements and in the same condition as it was received - unworn /unused, free of damage, smoke/ perfumes with tags, and in its original packaging. Our return department will have sole discretion and make final decisions on returns. Items not matching the original condition or returned to us without prior approval will be marked as damaged and disregarded.

Please allow 5-7 business days after receipt of your package to process your return and issue store credit. Once your return has been processed, you will be notified via email.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right ASAP!

Exceptions / Non-returnable items 
Due to health restrictions and sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

- Bodysuits

- T-Shirts

- Worn or stained pieces

In addition, all sales are final for the following items:

- Final sale items 

- Gift cards

Refunds
Refunds are not available (see exception below). For all returns and order cancellations, we issue store credit only. 


Cancellations
We allot up to 15 minutes after your order has been placed to request a cancellation for a full refund.
